New factory goes into operation
New factory starts production to expand sales of cooperative safety robot system system solution business
In order to further expand the business and improve production efficiency, we will complete a new factory in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, and will start operation from April 1st, 2021.
At the new factory, a large monitor will be installed in the production area to realize "visualization of the production process" and at the same time.
We are working to improve productivity and efficiency by introducing automatic transfer of parts and finished products by AMR.
In addition, with the expansion of the production area, it will be possible to double the production of system solutions.
Furthermore, as an initiative to reduce the environmental burden, we have installed a solar power generation panel on the rooftop that can generate about 8.6 kW per year.
In-house power generation can cover 45-50% of the electricity used in the new factory.
