More than half of the designers hold the "Safety Assessor" qualification.
A "Safety Assessor" is a qualification that certifies that an individual possesses the knowledge and skills necessary for the safe design, risk assessment, and operation of industrial machinery and robotic systems, based on international safety standards. They are, in essence, safety professionals who objectively certify the specialized knowledge and skills required to ensure the safety of machinery and robotic systems and prevent accidents and problems.

We can manufacture control panels compatible with North America.
"Because we can apply UL508A certification labels in-house, we can also manufacture control panels for North America. Our control panel design department has several MTRs (Manufactured Technical Representatives), which is a mark of professionalism in designing control panels for overseas markets. Having MTRs on staff provides the following advantages:
● Advantages of having MTR on staff
- Reliable compliance with standards through specialized knowledge
- Streamlining the certification process
- Optimization of design and manufacturing costs
- Ensuring a high level of safety
- With comprehensive support, you can entrust your project to us with confidence.

What is MTR?
An MTR (Manufacturer Technical Representative) is a manufacturer technical representative qualification required to maintain UL508A certification. They are responsible for correctly understanding the UL508A standard and determining whether the design and manufacture of control panels conform to the standards. Certified factories must have an MTR-certified person on staff to perform the final check before affixing the UL Listed label. The certification is valid for three years after passing the exam and is an essential system for quality assurance of control panels destined for North America.

Manage chemical information and streamline communication.
chemSHERPA streamlines the management and communication of chemical substance information.
Safety can be communicated through data. What is chemSHERPA?
chemSHERPA is the name of a data creation support tool for communicating information on chemical substances contained in products, launched in October 2015 under the leadership of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Operated by AMP (Article Management Promotion Council), it is a common scheme (information transmission rules) for smoothly and reliably transmitting information on chemical substances contained in products throughout the entire supply chain. This is expected to enable companies from upstream to downstream to appropriately manage and share information on chemical substances in their products, thereby reducing the burden of compliance with laws and regulations.

As part of IoT Digital Engineering
Traditional control panels were devices designed to ensure the safe operation of machinery, but what is now required, as is becoming increasingly common in Industry 4.0, is a "data-driven control panel." IoT integration allows sensors to acquire information such as temperature, current, and vibration, and transmit it to the cloud or internal systems via a network. This enables remote monitoring and maintenance. Furthermore, analyzing the collected data with AI allows for the detection of signs of abnormalities, enabling predictive maintenance to prevent failures. Visualizing operating rates and energy efficiency also leads to increased productivity. While strengthening security measures, IoT integration of control panels is a crucial step in improving reliability and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.
Taking these factors into consideration, we also design and manufacture IoT-enabled control panels to realize factory automation. Please contact us for more information.

This method utilizes digital technology in the design and development of products and equipment to achieve increased efficiency and improved quality. It reduces the need for prototyping through 3D design and simulation, and analyzes operational data using IoT and AI. By optimizing the entire lifecycle, it enhances the competitiveness of manufacturing.
At our company, we utilize Eplan as our control CAD software.By using Eplan, the following becomes possible:
- Wiring lists, terminal block lists, bills of materials (BOMs), panel layout diagrams, etc. can be automatically generated with a single click.
- Supports automation by linking harness design data to processing machines and wiring.
- Standardization of wiring work and prevention of human error through Smart Wiring
- Cloud-based design verification with customers is possible.
In other words, Fast, accurate, minimal rework, and easy future maintenance. We can offer these four values: A method that utilizes digital technology in the design and development of products and equipment to achieve efficiency and quality improvement. We reduce prototyping through 3D design and simulation, and analyze operational data with IoT and AI. This optimizes the entire lifecycle and enhances the competitiveness of manufacturing.

Design and Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing of control panels begins with a thorough consultation and discussion to accurately reflect the customer's needs. We confirm the equipment specifications, control requirements, and compliance with safety standards, and propose the optimal configuration. Next, in the design phase, we create circuit diagrams and internal panel layouts, and perform detailed design considering electrical capacity and safety. Once the design is finalized, we move on to the manufacturing process, carefully carrying out the processing of the enclosure, installation of equipment, and wiring and harness installation. Subsequently, the completed control panels undergo rigorous inspections such as power-on tests and dielectric strength tests, and obtain domestic and international safety standard certifications as needed. Products that pass inspection are packaged and delivered to the site. Even after delivery, we provide long-term peace of mind and reliability through after-sales support such as operational checks, operational support, and troubleshooting.
This entire process results in a control panel that combines safety, reliability, and efficiency.
