Bin picking

Most 3D vision bin picking applications are complex and require a vision consultant to program and set up the application.
You can use the Pickit FLEX and TEACH vision engines to find simple or complex parts in a container or box.Both vision engines provide the same tool for separating parts from random containers.
Pickit easily locates and orients parts in the container and selects a container anti-collision strategy to prevent unreachable parts from being sent to the bin picking robot for picking.
Predefined part locations are no longer needed on trays, expensive feeder systems or conveyors.
