• In recent years, labor shortages and aging have been accelerating across the industrial sector, while loading work, which places a heavy burden on people, is becoming more difficult to find workers to carry it out, and the time has come to switch to robots. In addition, avoiding the risk of workplace accidents is an important issue that companies cannot avoid.
  
  The ROKAE palletizing package provided by IDEC Factory Solutions can be moved and installed to utilize limited space. To use it, simply enter the box size and pallet size to be used for loading and unloading, and the pallet pattern and palletizing path will be automatically generated, allowing you to start using it in a short period of time.
  
  The collaborative robots used are of two types, with payload capacities of 14 kg and 21 kg, and use vibration suppression technology that combines torque sensors on each axis to ensure stable cargo movement, allowing for safe operation.
