We have begun demonstrations of the ROKAE collaborative robot palletizing package demo unit, which has been newly equipped with a lifting axis function, at our IDEC Factory Solutions Co., Ltd.'s Ichinomiya Head Office factory.

This update includes the following points:

- Supports stacking up to approximately 2 meters, exceeding the range of motion of the robotic arm.
- Flexible handling is possible even when the stacking height or box size changes frequently, thanks to program switching.
Our safety equipment options enable safe and space-saving operation even at high stacking levels without the need for fences.

You can experience high-stack palletizing using collaborative robots under conditions similar to those of actual logistics and manufacturing sites.

[Regarding tour reservations]
We are now accepting reservations for tours scheduled for April 2026 and beyond.
Furthermore, for customers considering implementation, we also offer individual stacking verification services for cardboard boxes (box size, weight*, cycle time, stacking pattern, etc.).
*Currently, it can accommodate up to 20kg.
